Course Overview

By consciously practicing breathing techniques, we can train our minds to be emotionally stable.Using this course, kids can master five powerful Pranayama techniques, namely, So Hum Breathing, Nadi Shuddhi, Bee Humming Breathing, Five Finger Breathing and Namaskar Practice. The course comes with video illustrations that kids can safely practice; blended with an exciting story for fun filled practice. Children can relate each emotion to a specific situation in the story. This helps the learning to be deeply ingrained. Given that kids today are exposed to a lot of mental hazards, these activities every day will act as a lifeline to preserve their psychological equilibrium.
